Hasil dari undian sms dan macam-macam lagilah. Amir tersingkir akhirnya di minggu ke 7, namun ada satu kejutan dari Pihak astro yang mengatakan ada undi masuk ML untuk minggu ke 8 nanti. Aku rasa kemungkinan besar R2 ada berpeluang untuk masuk kembali.

Namun, apa yang lihat ialah astro bijak mengatur semua ini untuk menghabiskan duit topup/prepaid rakyat malaysia. Huhu. Dia punya term ada dibawah (credit fb maharaja lawak)

1) Voting Mechanics

a)     Maharaja Lawak (“ML”) is a reality talent show which is organized by Measat Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd and/or its affiliates (“ASTRO”) for broadcast on the Astro Warna Channel whereby selected participants, either as individuals or in groups (“Contestants”), will compete to become the winner. Each week during the season, the Contestants will perform in a series of showcases called “Gelanggang Maharaja Lawak” whereafter the Contestants with the lowest scores (fifty percent (50%) from SMS votes and fifty percent (50%) based on the Judges scores) will be eliminated in a manner determined at the sole discretion of ASTRO until one Contestant is declared the winner out of the final remaining Contestants. In the event of a tie, the Executive Producer of ML shall determine which Contestant shall be eliminated.

b)    “MLMASUK” is a vote-back mechanism via an online platform, namely through the ML Facebook Fan Page at  www.facebook.com/maharajalawak (“ML Facebook Page”) used for the purposes of ML which allows one (1) out of six (6) of the previously eliminated Contestants as at 13 May 2011 (“Eliminated Contestants”) to continue competing in ML. The Eliminated Contestant who has the most number of votes during the Voting Period (as defined below) will be invited to re-join ML for the remainder of the season to resume competing (unless otherwise eliminated in a manner determined at the sole discretion of ASTRO). In the event of a tie, ASTRO and the Judges shall determine which Eliminated Contestant shall re-join ML. The decision is final and binding and no correspondences will be entertained.

c)   The MLMASUK voting period shall commence from 13th May 2011, Friday, 11.30p.m and end on 18th May 2011, Wednesday at 12p.m, or such time as may be determined by ASTRO (“Voting Period”). Votes received after the stipulated Voting Period will not be accepted and counted for the determination of the vote-back of the Eliminated Contestants.

d)   Voting is open to fans of the ML Facebook Page (“Voters”).

e)   There will only be one (1) method for Voters to vote which online as follows:-

(1)   Go to the ML Facebook Page

(2)   View the photo thumbnails of the Eliminated Contestants

(3)     Click on the “LIKE” button in respect of the chosen Eliminated Contestant to vote for him/her/them

2) Charges

a) Voters shall be solely responsible for all charges and costs incurred as a result of his/her participation in MLMASUK including (without limitation) all charges imposed by the Voter’s internet and/or telecommunication service providers.

3) Voting Entries and Eligibility

a)     Each vote shall be deemed as a voting entry by the Voter (“Voting Entry”).

b)   Voters can vote one time only for each Eliminated Contestant, but can vote for all the Eliminated Contestants, if they wish to.

c)   Voters must ensure that their Voting Entries are complete and accurate. Incomplete or late Voting Entries or Voting Entries which are not made in accordance with the terms and conditions shall be void and disqualified from the vote counting.

d)   Voters under the age of eighteen (18) must seek parental and/or guardian approval before participating in the Voting. Astro considers it the responsibility of parents and/or guardian to monitor their children’s (below the requisite age) participation in this Voting.

 

4) Proof of Receipt

a)     Proof of Voting Entry sent by a Voter does not constitute proof that the Voting Entry was received by ASTRO.

 

5) Publicity

a)     ASTRO reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names and/or any content that a Voter submits without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Voters and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.

6)     Adherence to Voting Terms & Condition

a)     All Voters shall be required to adhere to these Terms and Conditions including any changes made thereto.

b)    All Voters agree that by participating in this MLMASUK, the Voters shall also be subject to the terms and conditions of Facebook.

7) Variation to the Terms & Conditions

a)     ASTRO reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Voters shall be bound to such changes.

8)     Exclusion of Liability

a)     ASTRO and/or its affiliates will not be responsible or liable for

i)      any costs, problems, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to the Voters resulting from their participation in the Voting;

ii)     any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in participating in the the Voting, and/or receiving and sending Votes, as a result of any network, internet, Facebook or any other application error, and/or by ASTRO and/or its affiliates and/or resulting from participation in the Voting howsoever arising. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, ASTRO and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Voter to participate in the Voting at any time;

iii)    any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by the Voter, or their authorised representatives resulting from their participation in the Voting;

iv)    any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control; and

v)     any other errors, acts or omissions by the participating internet or telecommunication service providers of the Voting.

9) Disqualification

a)     Without prejudice to any rights which ASTRO may have in law, ASTRO reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Voter that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Voting, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10) Suspension

a)     Astro further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Voting for any reason in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for any reasons whatsoever at the sole and absolute discretion of ASTRO.

 

11) Governing Law

a)     These Terms and Conditions shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

12) Astro’s Decision

a)     All decisions made by Astro pertaining to all aspects of the Voting including without limitation the process and manner the votes are counted and vote results shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
